Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border access, international website access, and network acceleration subscription services provided by icuVPN. By visiting this website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the related clients, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If they disagree with any part, they should stop using the service.
Service Content and Scope
icuVPN provides optimized network connectivity through international routes and companion clients, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes may change based on network conditions, maintenance, and resource allocation. The currently selectable routes shown in the panel serve as the basis for actual use.
The service is intended to improve cross-border connection quality and does not replace a user's local network, device operating system, or the services of third-party websites. Certain websites, applications, or content may be unavailable because of their own rules, regional policies, or technical changes. icuVPN does not promise continuous availability of third-party content.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login details and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and related activity under their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and stop sharing their login information.
A single account supports simultaneous access on an unlimited number of devices, but the account, subscription eligibility, and connection details are for the account holder and their reasonably managed devices only. Users may not resell, rent, or publicly publish subscription details, provide an account as a public access service to unspecified third parties, or distribute route resources in bulk through automated methods.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should manage their usage according to the plan status, remaining traffic, and validity shown in the panel.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using icuVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region, and independently confirm the terms governing relevant websites, applications, and content. The service must not be used for network attacks, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, fraud, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activities.
Users must not operate the service in a way that continuously consumes resources, generates abnormal automated requests, or otherwise affects normal route operations. Users are solely responsible for complaints, disputes, losses, or legal liabilities arising from their conduct. Where necessary, icuVPN may restrict routes or suspend or terminate accounts.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections can be affected by local network quality, carrier routing, device settings, system permissions, target service status, and route maintenance. icuVPN maintains and adjusts routes according to operating conditions, but does not guarantee that any route, region, or third-party service will always provide the same connection performance.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency fault handling, upstream network changes, or events beyond reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, icuVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by interruptions beyond reasonable control, third-party service changes, incorrect device configuration, or failure to safeguard account information. Users should keep important data backed up and preserve necessary configurations before changing network settings.
Account Suspension and Termination
If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, threatens route operations, affects other users' normal access, or presents a clear security risk, icuVPN may suspend the relevant connection permissions and review the account. In serious cases or where the issue remains unresolved, icuVPN may terminate the account and its service eligibility.
When a subscription expires, traffic is exhausted, or a user voluntarily stops using the service, the related connection permissions will end according to the plan status. Account termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination, nor does it affect liability limits, dispute handling, or compliance provisions that remain effective by law.
Policy Updates and Refund Guidance
icuVPN may update these terms due to changes in service structure, route arrangements, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updates will be published on the website or in the user panel and take effect on the stated update date. Continued use after a material change is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If users do not accept them, they should stop using the service.
Refund eligibility, application scope, and processing rules are governed by the separately published Refund Policy.
